EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
Dr. Thang B. Pham attended Saigon Dental School in Vietnam, and was determined to get accredited when he came to the country and become a dentist. He went to school again and got accepted to MCV School of Dentistry. He graduated in the top of his class, Cum Laude, and was known for his great clinical skills. He was awarded the Zeno Award by MCV’s Prosthodontic Department and the Dentsply International Prosthodontic Award.
COMMUNITY SERVICE:
Dr. Pham loves devoting his free time to non-profit groups. He has been the Dental Team Coordinator of World Health Ambassador, a group of physicians/dentist/pharmacist who do medical missions in various third world countries. He also goes to Vietnam for a dental mission with Vietnam Assistance for Handicapped. He is a friend and supporter of several organized dinners to honor Iraq war veterans from Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Dr. Pham has also been involved with the Boy Scouts of America, and has been an Assistant Scout Master for many years in a couple different troops leading and shaping the lives of many through scouting.
Dr. Pham has had ran a successful practice for more than 25 years and now is passing on his knowledge and experience to his son, Dr. Long Pham.
